COPENHAGEN INTERNATIONAL FASHION FAIR X DER BERLINER MODE SALON
DER BERLINER MODE SALON is continuing to strengthen its commitment to German fashion design in the area of sales. On the occasion of the Copenhagen Fashion Week and the trade fairs taking place alongside the event, DER BERLINER MODE SALON was cooperating with the Copenhagen International Fashion Fair (CIFF). From 9th to 11th August 2017, designers from the DBMS portfolio were presenting their creations to international buyers in a pop-up area. The labels selected by CIFF include HIEN LE, MARJANA VON BERLEPSCH, PETER O. MAHLER and SMINFINITY.
The Copenhagen International Fashion Fair is one of the largest trade fairs in Scandinavia and takes place every February and August. Around 2000 exhibitors present their latest collection at the fair, to buyers from over 50 countries. In the context of pop-up cooperation between Retail and CIFF – as recently as Harvey Nichols in London – emerging labels are directly exposed to the end consumer. These activities are proving their worth in order to permanently place brands in stores following pop-up co-operations.
